Wallflowers Enchanted, founded in 2023, is a small business founded by two best friends, Charlene and Catherine. We are first and foremost nurses, who have a passion for event decorating. With our experience in decorating for our own friends and family's parties, we are eager to decorate for our clients and give them the best experience possible.
